Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items back in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Give the package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
